MR. LE DO MUOI - GENERAL DIRECTOR OF VINAMARINE VISITED HD HYUNDAI VIETNAM

On the afternoon of June 7, Mr. Le Do Muoi - General Director of Vietnam Maritime Administration (VINAMARINE) visited HD Hyundai Vietnam Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. (HVS). At the meeting, a representative of HVS, Mrs. Nguyen Thi Kim Thuong – Section Chief of G/A Dep’t briefly reported on the company's operations, production results, and medium- and long-term development strategy.

Over the years, HVS has helped thousands of provincial workers find jobs, stabilize their economic lives; contribute to the state budget, and increase volunteer activities through social work.

Mr. Le Do Muoi said: “This is the first time I have come here, I am very surprised by the scale and organization of the company's production. The shipbuilding and repair sector is on the rise, to form the four pillars of the maritime industry (seaports, shipping, maritime services, and shipbuilding), worthy of the requirements for traffic development and the long-standing tradition of the maritime industry. Therefore, we will maximum support to HVS in related procedures for upcoming work”.

At the end of the meeting, Mr. Woo Tae Ju – Sn.V. President of HVS expressed his deep gratitude for the attention of Mr. Muoi as well as the enthusiastic support of the Nha Trang and Van Phong Port Authorities for HVS. “We will try harder for the common prosperity and development of Khanh Hoa province,” Mr. Woo emphasized.
