MANAGEMENT SKILL COURSE

In the era of technology 4.0, high-quality human resources are one of the factors that determine the success or failure of a business. Employee training is the key to improving the team's capacity and promoting the sustainable development of the organization.

Identifying "people" as one of the key factors that determine the success of a business, HD Hyundai Vietnam Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. (HVS) always focuses on taking care of the lives of employees; focusing on training and nurturing talented people; building harmonious and progressive labor relations for the development of the Company.

To help managers have an overview of the Company's business situation as well as enhance their leadership role, and relationships and a spirit of cooperation between departments, from October 14 to October 17, HVS organized a training course for managers at TTC Doc Let. The participants of this course are department managers, team leaders, and non-department managers with a total of 295 people.

The training program received attention and active participation from all members of the Company. Everyone participated in discussion activities, interacted and shared experiences with each other. This is a great opportunity for managers, especially young people, to learn from each other's experiences, and also an opportunity for everyone to exchange knowledge with each other for mutual development.
