HVS RECEIVED THE ISO 14001:2015 CERTIFICATION

On the morning of August 21, HD Hyundai Vietnam Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. (HVS) received ISO 14001:2015 Certification, ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, issued by the ISO certification organization, DNV.

To satisfy the needs of customers and statutory requirements, HVS has established a new ISO system - ISO 14001:2015, and relevant departments have coordinated with the Quality Management Department to carry out activities that meet the requirements of the ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System.

Along with the development and expansion of the Company's production, the Environmental Management system has been applied at HVS comprehensively and effectively. To continue to improve customer satisfaction and satisfy the requirements of relevant statutory regulations on the environment in HVS’s production activities, from Jun 9, 2025, 38 ISO managers of departments have participated in a training course on Environmental Management System by ISO certification organizations, DNV. After the end of the course, the departments proceed to establish relevant documents and meet the requirements of the ISO 14001:2015 standard for more than two months, and after two rounds of review and evaluation on July 25 and from August 13 to August 15, 2025.

The new certification in Environmental Management is valid from Aug 21, 2025 - Aug 20, 2028, issued by ISO certification bodies, DNV.
