From 15/10/2007, the company has applied some changes in its organization structure to meet new requirement of management and business production. Accordingly, General Affairs, Accounting, Material and IT department were merged into Administration department under control of Director Park Soon Ho. Sales and SRM became Sales department controlled by Director Kang Shin Hwan. Machinery and Electric department were merged into Outfitting department controlled by G.MGR Kim Kwang Ho. D/C and P/C department became P/C department, G.MGR Bae Seong Min.

Hull, Painting, Support, Q/C, S/H and Design department remain unchanged.
